Group Exercise Instructor

Jennifer is a graduate of of Kutztown University with a BS in Education and Wilkes University with a MS in Education and a MS in Instructional Technology. She works full time as a technology teacher in a Berks County school district. She is a CFSC level 1 certified trainer and teaches group fitness classes at AFC.

Jennifer was a group fitness participant for years at AFC, learning from many knowledgeable trainers before becoming an instructor. She loves strength training and sharing her passion with others.
