I'm very excited to have the honor of joining in on your fitness journey. Over my lifetime, I’ve been an avid fitness enthusiast with a diverse background in various combat sports and strength training.
I've dedicated 10 years to Muay Thai, where I've honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for the discipline and dedication it requires. Alongside that, I've spent the last couple years exploring Kickboxing, BJJ and Boxing, further enhancing my technique and fitness levels.
In addition to my martial arts journey, I've been weight lifting and incorporating resistance training into my routine for over a many years.
This combination not only keeps my workouts diverse and exciting but also helps me maintain a well-rounded fitness profile.
I thrive on energy and enthusiasm, both in and out of the gym. I believe that fitness should be fun, and I love sharing that passion with others.
