The body and its relationship with food and nutrition should be celebrated! Each client’s nutrition experience at AFC will be personalized towards their individual goal/s. Believing that no foods are “good” or “bad,” we will work together to help you embrace a healthy, balanced relationship with food.
What to expect with AFC’s Nutrition Coaching
After a 1-hour assessment, which includes an InBody body composition scan, initial photos, and body measurements, you will meet for 30-minute sessions with Faith to stay on top of implementing your new, improved eating habits.
Each session with Faith will include a reflection on what is working and what is not working, answers to any questions since your previous session, as well as information and ideas to continue forward progress towards making healthy nutrition part of your normal, everyday routine.
The Inbody 270
The InBody 270 is one of the most advanced body compositions you can use. Statistically comparable to DEXA scans, this Dual Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis machine tells you what you are actually made of. What does a bathroom scale tell you? NOTHING! Just the arbitrary, that very moment’s, effect of gravity on you.
YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT! You are hard work, dedication, passion, strength, and performance. These characteristics need a more respectable measuring system. This is where the InBody comes in! It details muscle mass, body fat, and hydration. Our challenges are the 8-week, first step along your new fitness and nutrition journey! Our highly educated trainers, and Ivy League graduate Dietician, will guide you along the path of success! What are you waiting for?! Check our schedule and social media to find the next “Open” InBody challenge and take your first step!

About Faith Elliott
I realized from a young age just how important health and longevity was in life and, as a result, being the healthiest version of myself has always been at the forefront of my mind. Once I moved past the school-aged years where sports and activities had always kept me moving, I just didn’t know how to stay fit as work and social activities took over. Sure, the internet is a wealth of information, but also a very, very confusing place.
After a few years of inactivity, I got involved in obstacle course racing which fueled my desire to MOVE again. The more fitness improved my life and my emotional well-being, the more I realized that I didn’t want to keep this feeling to myself. I wanted everyone to experience the compounding effects of making even just one small life change.
Shortly after becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, I saw a need amongst my clients who were still confused with their nutrition, and so I continued on to pursue my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaching certificate.
My life passion has evolved into helping people better their lives, so here I am, ready to meet you where you are, to help you start to MOVE OFTEN, EAT WELL, and FEEL BETTER.
